On June 11th, we celebrated our one year anniversary of moving to Michigan with a picnic dinner at Stoney Creek Metro Park. During that year we moved into a rental house, house-hunted, then moved again to our new house. We have made friends in our neighborhood and church. We have traveled to many nearby cities and states and had many fun Michigan adventures. We have worked on our house. We have spent countless hours playing outside with the kids. We endured Michigan's coldest and snowiest winter on record! Besides missing family and friends we left behind, we have absolutely loved our new life in Michigan.
