Pics from our other camera

When we go certain places it is a lot easier to bring our smaller camera, but then we might forget to download those pictures for a while. Here are a few things we've done lately that didn't make it in with our other camera.

Warriors/Pistons NBA game

For Christmas Aftin got Bill tickets for the Warriors/Pistons game in February so Bill could see his home team (she also got him that Warriors shirt for Christmas). We had a great time and the Warriors also won. They play at the Palace of Auburn Hills which is about 15 minutes away from where we live and we don't even need to get on the freeway to get there. They also have lots of concerts at the Palace and Bill went and saw Arcade Fire there with a co-worker last week.

Sesame Street Live

Sesame Street Live came to the Fox Theater in Detroit for a few weeks this winter and we took Aliyah and Spencer in late January. We all had a great time and it was fun to take the kids downtown and take them to a big theater. Mid-way through we moved up to the balcony which the kids also thought was really fun.
Bill's favorite part was the Cookie Monster songs.

BYU/Notre Dame game at South Bend

Back in November Bill went with some BYU fans to the BYU/Notre Dame game at South Bend. It is about a 3.5 to 4 hour drive from us. It was freezing/snowing and BYU lost but Bill still had a great time. He got there a few hours early and went around the whole campus and saw all the traditions (the grotto, the band playing on campus, going through the cathedral, the Notre Dame football team walk through campus, etc.). It was cool to see all the history there and the amazing campus and feel the atmosphere. Also, they were the nicest/most gracious fans Bill has ever interacted with (before, during, and after the game). He had great seats at about the 14th row in the end zone.
